The Deep Dive

Stock Count

For eMAR customers, the medication stock count is now displayed in CM Mobile (v13.1.1), along with the last validated date and time (the last occasion when the app was online and able to check or update the medication count).

The system will display a ‘Not Set’ message if you have not configured the Stock Count for a certain medication.

Draft status within Form Builder

This was direct customer request we wanted to follow up on.

When creating larger, more complex forms, users now have the option to save the form in a Draft status state.

Forms in this state are not assignable on Client Manger (and therefore CM Mobile) or Carer Manager to allow the users creating the form the option to finesse the form template itself, before making it usable throughout the system.

New status filter on the Forms download within Client Manager

When downloading forms, you now have the option to filter by the status of the form template, making it easier to exclude any older versions.

Dashboard performance improvement on Client Manager

Customers have reported performance issues with the Feedback widgets in Client Manager (#973383). The team has worked on refactoring the data retrieval process, so you should notice a significant improvement in performance.

Bad signal area improvements

This issue was difficult to pinpoint since CM Mobile offers full offline support, but users have been reporting the app was occasionally struggling in areas with poor or weak signals.

We have now made several changes to how the app behaves when the phone believes it is online, but the network is too weak to send or receive data.

These changes (available in v13.1.1) should significantly enhance the user experience in such situations, but we will continue to monitor and review feedback in this area.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue with Capacity Checker where this would sometimes hang on the ‘collecting data’ status

  • Resolved an issue with Capacity Checker which would occasionally incorrectly return no results

  • Resolved an issue that could cause records in Carer Manager to not correctly display the CM Mobile badge (#1193787)
