The Deep Dive

DC2 migration

The focus continued during April on the DC2 migration.

For those unaware, a small issue was identified during the performance testing phase of the new DC2 environment. To be prudent and ensure no negative customer impact, the out of hours maintenance window, previously planned for the early morning of the 29th , has been postponed for a short period.

We continue to run regular DC2 webinars and further information will be shared during that session.

Forms Date Filter

We have introduced a new Month and Year filter to the Forms tab. This provides the ability to filter the completed/draft results based on the selected month.

The system will default the filter to the current month.

CM Mobile UI update underway

Work is now underway to update the UI throughout the CM Mobile application bringing it in line with the wider Access suit.

This is a large undertaking that will be completed over several phased releases.

This work will also include the introduction of new visit-based workflow but will be provide additional details as we get closer to that release.

As a starting point the team are currently working on updating the Messaging area of the application (here is a quick look on the current progress).

Bugs
