Client portal guide

In this article, we explain the client portal guide.

The client portal allows you to keep track of the care provided to your family member.

Once logged in, you can check the following:

Personal

Click Personal to view personal information such as Contact Details, Address, and Service Dates.

Contacts

Click Contacts to view contact information for Next of Kin or Emergency Contacts.

  • Contacts will be shown with either a Next of Kin or Emergency Contact label.

  • Click Expand to view the contact information.

  • Click Collapse to hide the contact information.

eMAR: To view eMAR information, such as the schedule and status of medication, select the eMAR icon.

  • You can change the month by selecting the month in the top left or top right hand corner of the calendar.

  • Today's date will show with a blue border.

  • The date will show highlighted in orange when selected.

  • A green ball shows that medication has been recorded as being completed in full for the day.

  • A red ball shows that medication has been recorded as being completed in full for the day.

  • Tip: Where a date has no red or green ball showing, this means that medication has not been marked as Completed or Not Completed.

  • Details of prescribed medication will be with the status of the administration on the far right of the medication section.

  • A pending badge will be shown when no confirmation has been received that medication has been administered.

  • A given badge will be shown when no confirmation has been received that medication has been administered.

  • Click Collapse to hide the medication detail.

  • Click Close to exit the record.

Visits: To view client visit information, such as the planned visit carer, planned time, and actual time, click Visits.

  • Visit Data is shown in a list view. This details the planned carer name, actual carer, the planned time, and actual time.

  • Visits are labelled using the following colour key shown on the far left of each visit:

  1. Red - Late.

  2. Green - Completed.

  3. Orange – In Progress.

  4. Blue – Not Started.

  • You can filter by date by clicking Filters. Once you have made the selection, click Apply and Close.

  • You can search the Visit Data by entering information in the search bar at the top of the screen. You can search by client, carer, and time.

Journal: To view visit log entries that relate to planned visits. Tip: Here you can locate information such as if a visit was cancelled, frustrated, refused, or unable to gain entry Click Journal.

  • Here you will see Visit logs for the client.

  • Additional Visit Log information is available by selecting the badge on the entry.

  • The initials of the creator of the Daily Log entry will be shown to the right of the record.

  • Select the icon to view the name, date, and time details for the Daily Log entry.

Forms: To view completed forms relating to the client, click Forms.

  • Details of completed forms will be shown.

  • Once clicked to open, each completed form with be shown in a box along with the date and time that the form was completed.

  • Click ‘Return to Forms’ when complete.
