The Client Portal allows you to keep track of the care provided to your family member. Once logged in, you can view personal details, contacts, medication, visits, journal entries, and completed forms.
Personal
Click Personal to view personal information such as contact details, address, and service dates.
Contacts
Click Contacts to view contact information for next of kin or emergency contacts. Each contact is labelled as either Next of Kin or Emergency Contact.
Click Expand to view the contact information.
Click Collapse to hide the contact information.
eMAR
Click the eMAR icon to view medication information, including the schedule and administration status.
Use the arrows in the top-left or top-right corner of the calendar to change the month.
Today's date displays with a blue border.
A selected date displays highlighted in orange.
A green indicator shows that medication has been recorded as completed in full for the day.
A red indicator shows that medication has been recorded as not completed in full for the day.
đ¤ Tip: Where a date has no green or red indicator, medication has not been marked as Completed or Not Completed.
The status of each prescribed medication displays on the far right of the medication section:
A Pending badge displays when no confirmation has been received that medication has been administered.
A Given badge displays when medication has been confirmed as administered.
Click Collapse to hide the medication details.
Click Close to exit the record.
Visits
Click Visits to view client visit information, including the planned carer, planned time, and actual time. Visit data is shown in a list view.
Visits are colour-coded on the far left of each entry:

Green | Completed |
Orange | In Progress |
Blue | Not Started |
Click Filters to filter by date. Once you have made your selection, click Apply and Close.
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search by client, carer, or time.
Journal
Click Journal to view visit log entries that relate to planned visits.
đ¤Tip: The journal is where you can find information such as whether a visit was cancelled, frustrated, refused, or unable to gain entry.
Select the badge on an entry to view additional visit log information.
The initials of the person who created the daily log entry display to the right of the record.
Select the icon to view the name, date, and time details for the daily log entry.
Forms
Click Forms to view completed forms relating to the client. Each completed form displays in a box along with the date and time it was completed.
Click Return to Forms when you have finished viewing a form.
