Personal Messages within carer manager are now only displayed for one month however you can download personal messages from carer manager.
Note: 📌 Your employer may decide that this permission is only available for management as this feature allows you to download all personal messages between a selected date range.
If you require access to your historic personal message please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article in order for this feature to be added into your carer manager.
Once this has been added, you can download the personal messages by doing the following:
Log in in to the CM Portal, then click Carer Manager.
Select Downloads, select Personal Messages from the Download Type.
Add the date range, then select the Carer Name.
Select Download.
