Personal messages in Carer Manager display for one month. To access historic messages, you can download them using the steps below.
đ Note: Your employer may restrict this feature to management only, as it allows you to download all personal messages within a selected date range. If you do not have access, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to request it.
Log in to the CM Portal, then click Carer Manager.
Click Downloads, then select Personal Messages from the Download Type dropdown.
Enter the date range, then select the carer name.
Click Download.
