In CM New World, broadcast messages are alerts sent to users to share important updates or announcements.
You can view broadcast messages that have been sent by following the simple instructions:
Log into HAS New World at Access Group UK | Login Page.
Go into Carer Manager, go into Broadcasts.
Here you will see the broadcast groups hat have been created. Clicking on a broadcast group will show you all of the broadcasts that have been sent for each broadcast group.
Clicking into settings will show you the information on the broadcast group as well as the members contained in it.
