The journal is used to view and record daily activities such as visit logs, feedback, and outcome progression notes. Activities can be added via CM Mobile by opening a visit and tapping the Journal tile, or via Client Manager under the Feedback and Outcomes tabs.
Once recorded, all activities can be viewed in Client Manager under the Journal tab.
