The journal is used to view or add daily activities such as visit logs, feedback, and outcome progression notes, which can all be added via the CM Mobile application. once a visit is opened in the application and the Journal tile is clicked.
You can also add feedback and outcomes via the client manager application under the specified tabs for feedback and outcomes.
Once the activities have been recorded via CM Mobile or the Client Manager application, they can all be viewed within the client manager application under the journal tab.
