The amount of feedback and visit log records displayed in CM mobile has been limited in relation to some issues encountered with performance. A new Day restriction was added to the CM mobile tab in the Settings application that allows you to restrict the number of client feedback records returned.
This option defaults to 31 days.
⚠️ Warning: The day restriction in the settings controls the amount of feedback you receive. Increasing this value may have negative effect to performance of the app.
The settings application can be seen after logging into the portal. If you do not have the option, you may need to add it to your account.
How to add the settings application to your account:
Log in to Access Group UK | Login Page, click User Manager.
Search for your account and click on it, to open the edit options.
Scroll down and click the Add button against the settings application.
