The Citrix Workspace App is required to launch the full version of Citrix. Follow the steps below to reinstall it. You may need your IT support team to help with some of these steps.
Uninstall Citrix Receiver
Close all instances of CallConfirmLive! and log out of Citrix completely.
Click Start and search for Citrix. If no results are returned, skip to the Install Citrix Workspace App section.
Click Start, then Control Panel, then Programs or Programs and Features.
Locate Citrix Receiver and click Uninstall.
Install Citrix Workspace App
Go to the Citrix website and download the Citrix Workspace App for your operating system.
Run the downloaded file to install Citrix.
Click Finish, then restart your PC.
Configure Citrix in your browser
đ Note: The following steps are specific to Chrome, but a similar process applies to other browsers.
Log in to the Citrix storefront as normal.
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select Change Citrix Receiver, then Detect Receiver.
Select Already Installed.
đ¤ Tip: Steps 3 and 4 may appear in a different order depending on how quickly you complete the process.
Once these steps are complete, click the CallConfirmLive! icon â the full version should now load.
