Full version of Citrix not opening

In this article, we explain how to open the full version of citrix.

The Citrix Workspace App is required to launch the full version of Citrix Receiver.

Follow these instructions to install the latest version of Citrix on your computer, You may need the help of your IT Support to complete some of the steps:

  1. Close all instances of CallConfirmLive! and log out of Citrix completely.

  2. Go to start and search for Citrix. If no results are returned, proceed to step 5.

  3. Go to Start, then click Control Panel, click on Programs or Programs and Features.

  4. Locate Citrix Receiver and click Uninstall.

  5. Go to Citrix page and download the Citrix Workspace App for your operating system.

  6. Run the download file to install Citrix, press finish then restart your PC.

  7. After this, please follow the steps below. Note: instructions are specific for Chrome, but a similar process can be other browsers.

  8. Log in to the Citrix storefront as normal, click on your name in the top right hand corner.

  9. Select change Citrix receiver, select detect receiver.

  10. Select already installed.

The last two instructions may be the other way around, depending on how quickly you complete the process.

After these steps have been taken, when you select the CallConfirmLive! icon, the full version should load.
