Unable to login

In this article, we explain how to login via Citrix storefront plugin.

If you are experiencing issues logging in via the Citrix storefront plugin, remove the current Citrix storefront account from your Citrix receiver, and follow these simple steps:

  1. Open Citrix, then click Menu.

  2. Click Accounts, then click Remove next to the account CM Citrix.

  3. When the current account has been removed, log in to https://ccl.hastechnology.com/Citrix/CmCitrixWeb/

  4. Click your username in the top-right-hand corner.

  5. Click Activate. This will download the activation file.

  6. Click the downloaded file to open it and re-add the CM Citrix account profile to your Citrix Receiver.

  7. Re-test the Citrix Receiver and Citrix Storefront Plugin.
