You can use Citrix Receiver or Citrix Lite to access CallConfirmLive!
Citrix Receiver
Here's everything you need to get started installing Citrix Receiver.
Uninstall Citrix
To uninstall Citrix from your computer, follow these simple steps.
Close all instances of CallConfirmLive! and log out of the Citrix first stage login.
Click the Windows start button, then search for Citrix.
If you don't see any results, move to the next section.Click the Windows start button, then click Control Panel.
Click Programs, or Programs and Features, then select Citrix Receiver in the list.
Click Uninstall.
Download and install Citrix
To download and install Citrix to your machine, follow these steps.
Go to the Receiver 4.12 for Windows - Citrix, then download Citrix for your operating system.
Run the downloaded files and wait till Citrix installs.
Restart your computer.
Local Authorities
If you work for a Local Authority, please refer this to your IT department to download Citrix onto your machine. If they are struggling with configuring Citrix, please ask them to visit the Citrix Knowledge Center for steps on how to configure local access for HTML5.
Activate Citrix
If you have Citrix installed, it may need to be activated. Follow these steps to get started.
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
In the top-right, click your username, then click Activate.
You'll have the receiver.cr file download to your computer.
Click the file and select open with Citrix Workspace if prompted.
Click Add when asked if you want to add CMCitrix to Citrix.
Log in via Citrix
Once these steps have been completed, please log in to the Citrix storefront as normal at https://ccl.hastechnology.com/vpn/index.html.
Citrix Lite
To use the Lite version, you need to first log in to the Citrix website.
Log in to Citrix using your first stage credentials.
In the top-right, click your username, then select Change Citrix Receiver.
Click Use Lite Version.
Log in to CallConfirmLIve as normal using the icon on the Citrix homepage. This opens in a new tab, instead of trying to open in the Citrix workspace program.
Copy and paste using Citrix Lite
To copy and paste when using Citrix light, you'll need to open the clipboard section.
On the right of the database, click the Open clipboard section of the transparent box.
Paste into the database
To copy information from outside the database, follow these steps.
Press CTRL+C on the information you'd like to copy.
In the clipboard section, press CTRL+V.
Once it appears in the clipboard, you can press CTRL+C to copy the information and paste it inside the database.

To copy information from the database and paste it outside, follow these simple steps.
Press CTRL+C on the information you'd like to copy.
In the clipboard section, press CTRL+V.
Once it appears in the clipboard, you can press CTRL+C to copy that information and paste it outside of the database.
