In CallConfirmLive! via Citrix workspace, scaling or resolution may be incorrect due to differences in display settings, high DPI screens, multiple monitors, or outdated software.
Server settings can also affect how the session appears. Updating Citrix and enabling DPI matching can help fix the issue.
Check resolution settings
To see if this issue is due to the resolution settings, follow these steps.
Open your system task tray in the bottom-right of your desktop.
Right-click the Citrix icon, then click Advanced Preferences.

In Advanced Preferences, click High DPI.
Select the appropriate option, then restart Citrix. If you don't know which to select, cycle through each until you see a resolution.
