This issue can be caused if your scale and layout settings are not the recommended values.
To resolve this, follow these simple steps:
Search 'DPI' within your Windows search bar.
Open the System Settings, then navigate to Scale and Layout.
Set 'Change the size of text, apps and other items' to 100%.
Once you have updated the Scale and Layout settings, log back into Citrix and the issue should be resolved.
