Mouse not working

This issue can be caused if your scale and layout settings are not the recommended values.

To resolve this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Search 'DPI' within your Windows search bar.

  2. Open the System Settings, then navigate to Scale and Layout.

  3. Set 'Change the size of text, apps and other items' to 100%.

  4. Once you have updated the Scale and Layout settings, log back into Citrix and the issue should be resolved.
