There is an error that presents itself on the system in the form of a Red X. This takes place once a user has been into the reports screen and then attempts to access lookup admin straight after.
If you ever need to use lookup admin after you have used the reports option, please log out of your session and back in again to prevent the error from occurring.
If the error present is elf you may have to switch off your device completely and reboot for the error to no longer display.
