If you see the following error when logging in to Inform:
'There is an error determining which application you are signing into. Return to the application and try again.'
This is likely caused by an expired login link. Try the following steps to resolve it:
Log in using the direct link: https://inform.cm2k.uk.
If the error persists, click the CM2000 Care Management logo at the top of the screen — this will take you directly to the login screen.
