If you are trying to login to Inform and this error message comes up on the login page.
Error: There is an error determining which application you are signing into. Return to the application and try again.
This could be due to the link you are using being expired. Try logging in through this link:
https://inform.cm2k.uk.
If the error message still comes up please click on the CM2000 care management logo at the top of the screen:
This should take you straight to the login screen where you can log in to Inform.
