Error message: The application is still running, but restarting it is advisable. If the problem persists please contact the CM200 team.
📌 Note: Things to look for as well as the popup are, the 'Created by', 'Updated by' & 'Visit items last altered by' showing as "....".
This issue is caused by the 'Late Tolerance (mins)' being set to a value higher than '300'. Unfortunately when you open the visit plan you can't actually see this.
If you get this error the Late Tolerance is over '300' minutes you will need to raise a new case and the Support team will amend this for you.
