Events rejected due to invalid handset time

If you are having issues with your Care Workers stating that their CM Mobile events are not recording at the correct time, things to check on the device are:

  • The time and date settings are set to 24-hour time and set automatically. If you are unsure of how to check this, the steps can be found here.

  • Their software is up to date, our supported platforms can be found here.

  • They have the latest version of CM Mobile installed.

If you have checked all of the above but you are still having issues, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and include the following:

  • Make and model of the device.

  • Operating system installed.

  • CM Mobile version.

  • A picture or screenshot of the events in CM Mobile.

  • A picture or screenshot of the time and date settings.
