In CM Mobile, Case Requirements are the key tasks and documentation needed to complete a case properly. The CM Mobile application cases differ depending on each phone's configuration.

The details required to raise CM Mobile cases are as follows:

  • Make and model of the device.

  • The version of CM Mobile installed.

  • The default browser installed on the device (Chrome, Edge etc).

  • The operating system installed (Version of Android or IOS installed).

  • Time and date that the issue occurred.

  • Carer email address.

  • A screenshot of the error message or tag history ( if applicable).
