The minimum operating system version that the CM Mobile application is compatible with are Android version 7 and IOS version 13.
However, CM Support does not support operating systems before Android version 12 and IOS version 13. From 3rd June 2024, the CM Mobile application will no longer run on devices running iOS 13 or below as iOS 13 has been unsupported by the manufacturer since September 2020. When a manufacturer ends support for their operating system or browser, we will also cease support of our products on those platforms.
