Copy a rate

In this article, we explain how to copy a rate.

To copy a rate, follow this simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Select System, then open Rate Administration.

  3. Select the relevant:

    • Agency.

    • Contract.

    • Rate Type (e.g. Invoice or Pay).

  4. Tick the From box and select Find.

  5. Select the rate you wish to copy.

  6. On the right-hand side, select Copy Selected Item.

When a rate is copied, all associated rate details, rules, and amounts are duplicated.


Editing the Copied Rate

After copying the rate, you can:

  • Amend the rate values within the Rules/Amount tab.

  • Update any criteria within the Rate Header screen, such as:

    • Client criteria.

    • Carer criteria.

    • Permissions.

    • Contract settings.

Once all required changes have been made, save the new rate configuration.
