Copying a rate duplicates all associated rate details, rules, and amounts, making it a quick way to create a new rate based on an existing configuration.
Copy a rate
Log in to CallConfirmLive!.
Click System, then click Rate Administration.
Select the relevant agency, contract, and rate type (for example, Invoice or Pay).
Tick the From box and click Find.
Select the rate you need to copy.
On the right-hand side, click Copy Selected Item.
Edit the copied rate
After copying the rate, you can amend it as required:
Update rate values in the Rules and Amount tab.
Update any criteria in the Rate Header screen, such as:
Client criteria
Carer criteria
Permissions
Contract settings
Once all required changes have been made, save the new rate configuration.
