To copy a rate, follow this simple steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Select System, then open Rate Administration.
Select the relevant:
Agency.
Contract.
Rate Type (e.g. Invoice or Pay).
Tick the From box and select Find.
Select the rate you wish to copy.
On the right-hand side, select Copy Selected Item.
When a rate is copied, all associated rate details, rules, and amounts are duplicated.
Editing the Copied Rate
After copying the rate, you can:
Amend the rate values within the Rules/Amount tab.
Update any criteria within the Rate Header screen, such as:
Client criteria.
Carer criteria.
Permissions.
Contract settings.
Once all required changes have been made, save the new rate configuration.
