In CallConfirmLive!, you might need to request a new invoice or check pay rates if there are errors, changes to the booking, or discrepancies in your payment.

If you have a rate administrator account, you can create your own rates in CallConfirmLive! by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Click System, then click Rate Administration.

  3. Click the New Rate button

  4. Compete the required fields. Ensure you are careful configuring these settings.
