A rate uplift in CallConfirmLive! is applied to increase pay for carers working overtime, weekends, or special shifts.

To complete a rate uplift follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive! then click System.

  2. Click Rate Administration, then select your required contract.

  3. On the Rate Type list, select appropriate type.

  4. Enter the date in the From field, then select your old rate.

  5. On the right side of the rate, select the fourth option; aA.

  6. Add a new Rate Name, then add the Start Date for the new rate.

  7. Click Select All, then click Expand.

  8. Enter a new rate value, the click Next.

  9. Click Finish.
