Request for rate changes

The Access Group can complete rate changes but please note this is a chargeable service. Please contact the Support Team who will contact the appropriate team on your behalf.

The lead time for rate uplifts can be up to 6 weeks especially when demand is high, so we recommend contacting us asap.

If your invoice rates are controlled by a Local Authority no action is required.

If you need to complete rate changes and require the necessary user permissions them, please raise a case with the Support Team.

  • Define rate matching criteria.

  • Create pay rates.

  • Create invoice rates*.

  • Define bank holidays and special days to attract different rates*.

  • Update rates using the Rate Update Wizard.
