The lead time for rate uplifts can be up to 6 weeks especially when demand is high, so we recommend contacting us asap.
If your invoice rates are controlled by a Local Authority no action is required.
If you need to complete rate changes and require the necessary user permissions them, please raise a case with the Support Team.
