This error occurs on the Visits screen when a carer is assigned to a visit by typing their name instead of selecting them from the drop-down list.
Where a drop-down selection box is available, the carer must be selected directly from the list. Simply typing the name will not complete the selection correctly.
Resolution
Reassign the carer by selecting their name from the drop-down list rather than typing it manually.
