We are aware of an issue with apostrophes not displaying correctly in the client feedback Excel download from Client Manager.
We have found there are two kinds of apostrophes used, one generated by Windows and Android devices, and the other generated by iPhone and Apple devices.
--Android/Windows
' = U+0027 : APOSTROPHE {single quote; APL quote}
--iPhone
’ = U+2019 : RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK {single comma quotation mark}
This has been raised to our development team and they have raised a bug to investigate this.
