If the application is force closing, firstly force close all apps on iPhone by double pressing the home button and closing the apps.
Then uninstall the CM Mobile application and then re-install from the app store ensuring it is the most recent version. Once this has been completed, clear the cache on Safari and log back into the application.
Clear cache on Safari
Go to the Safari applicaiton.
Tap
, tap
, then tap Clear.
Below Clear Timeframe, choose how much of your browsing history to clear.
Note: If you have Safari profiles set up, select a profile to clear only the history of that profile, or select All Profiles.
Tap Clear History.
