If the MaxCare wizard has been ran but the entry in the MaxCare journal is showing as status of OptimisationFailed, you can open this record and view the full error message for the cause of the failed optimisation.
If the error shown is: 'Error thrown by optimisation algorithm. Please resend request.' then this issue is being caused by at least one of your visits being configured with a MaxCare restriction which is limiting the choice of carers that are applicable for said visits to a carer which is not available for these visits.
The restriction in place will be one of the following restrictions:
Allow time only to change.
Allow care worker only to change.
Do not change care worker or time.
If this error has only just started to appear it will likely be caused by a recent change to you visits and visit plans. It is recommended to review any of these recent changes.
