In CM mobile, activating your account is necessary to link your device with your care profile, allowing you to access schedules, log visits, and receive updates securely.
Once you receive the email to activate your account:
Open the email received from [email protected].
Select Click Here to Activate Your Account.
Set your Password and save.
You will now receive a confirmation email to confirm that your account has been activated. You can now use your email address and password to access the CM mobile application.

Your password must follow the password policy. It must contain at least 10 characters with no character used more than four times. The password must contain each of the following:
An upper-case letter.
A lowercase letter.
A number β’ a special character such as & % ^ ~ {.
