Oops! Error 403 – user config issue

Error: Oops! Something went wrong. There was an error while fetching your user's configuration 403

You will receive this error when trying to log into CM Mobile if the User account on the user manager application of Access Group UK | Login Page (hastl.com) does not have CM Mobile assigned.

All user administrators for Access Group UK | Login Page (hastl.com) are In house only. Support staff do not have access to user accounts on this instance.

To resolve this, please speak with one of your registered user administrators to ensure that CM Mobile has been assigned. Once confirmed please attempt to log back into your CM Mobile application.

If you are unsure who your user managers are or are still having issues accessing you CM Mobile application, please raise new case online and reference the title of this article.
