No products visible when raising a case

You might not see any products in CM provider when raising a case due to missing permissions, unlinked products, syncing issues, wrong account login, or temporary system glitches.

If any of the products are missing, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article along with the email address registered to your support portal account.
