Access updates missing in user manager

In this article, we explain what to do if access identity changes are not being reflected in user manager.

If you use the single sign-on solution Access Identity and have amended name details on Access Evo that have not also changed in User Manager, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. When raising a case please ensure to include:

  • A screenshot of the user's name on Access Evo.

  • A screenshot of the user's name showing as unchanged on User Manager.
