Call failed on landline

Guidance on what to do if a carer receives a 'cannot accept call' error when logging a call on a landline.

Written by Billy Dilks

If a carer receives the 'cannot accept call' error in CallConfirmLive!, the client you are providing service to may have an ex-directory number. You can resolve this by adding a prefix to the number before logging the call again.

Resolve the error

  1. Ask the carer to enter 1470 in front of the client's number.

  2. Ask the carer to log the call again.

📌 Note: If the error persists after adding the 1470 prefix, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
