If the user is not getting any alerts through to their phone when using the CM mobile app this could be due to the setting in the system.

To check the settings:
Please log into the CM Mobile site, click into the 'settings' tab.
Within the settings page click on the 'workflow' tab.
Double check the correct workflow settings are enabled such as the banner.
Once any changes have been made click 'save rules' in the bottom right-hand corner.
Refresh the app and see if the message alerts are now coming through when a new message is sent or updated.
If after completing these checks the message alerts are still not coming through or you are unsure of any of these steps please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article
