If you have a message notification on CM Mobile device like these but all messages within the CM Mobile app personal or broadcast have been read, this would be due to sending yourself a personal message or broadcast.
The app is not built to have any messages sent to yourself which causes this error to happen. As long as no more messages are sent through to yourself this should not continue to happen.
