The maximum time to complete survey option will cause an issue if the carer takes time to complete the survey and does not do this in the space of allotted time.
You can increase the maximum time to complete survey to do this, do the following:
Launch form builder.
Choose the form in question.
Select 'Page 1'.
On the right hand side, click the grey arrow to the far right of the grey box Tip: You will then be able to increase the 'maximum time to complete survey'.
