If a carer does not complete a survey within the allotted time, the form will time out. You can increase the maximum time to complete a survey to prevent this.
Open Form Builder.
Select the form you need to update.
Click Page 1.
On the right side, click the grey arrow to the far right of the grey box.
đ¤ Tip: This opens the settings where you can increase the maximum time to complete the survey.
