You use Client Manager to fill in forms so you can quickly and accurately record client information, care details, and assessments directly on-site, helping to keep records up-to-date and improve communication with the care team.

To fill in forms follow these simple steps:

  1. To fill in a form in Client Manager, click the application. This opens the dashboard section.

  2. Click Client below the dashboard option, then find the client you need.
    ​Note: The dashboard may be blank.

  3. Click the Forms tab, then locate the form you wish to complete.
    ​Tip: If the form isn't visible, you'll need to add it to the client.

  4. Click Fill in the form.

You can now fill in and save your form!
