Ended visit plan still displays visits

Ending the client visit plan on the same date can confuse the system. For example, if the visits belonged to a visit plan that was ended on 04/06/24 for the same date of 04/06/24. The system recognises this date as already beginning at 0.00 am, so ending the plan on the same date can create extra planned visits.

We advise ending visit plans on future dates, not the date you are on. If the plan was ended on a day that has already begun and you do have extra planned visits these will need to be manually deleted.
