Add additional views

In CM New World, additional views are added to show more information, support new features, and improve user experience.

If you require access to additional views in client manager, carer manager or visit manager, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into Access Group UK | Login Page. Then open User Manager.

  2. Locate the User Account via the search bar.

  3. Select the User, select Edit beside the application.

  4. On the assign roles page click Next.

  5. On the Assign Views select the view you wish to add.

  6. Once selected, press Next then Complete.

  7. Click Save User.

If you do not have access to user manager, please ask your colleagues to see if they have access so they can update your user account for you.
