When you first add a medication to a client record and click Okay it has been added but not saved. It is only saved when you click Save and Close or Save on the client.
If you open the medication added before clicking Save and Close or Save, it will show as created on the current date, with a time of 00:00. This is because although it has been added, it has not been saved to the client so does not yet have a created time.
