Error: Cannot complete your request

This error is typically caused by stored browser data and can usually be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

After clearing your browsing data, close and reopen your browser before attempting the action again.

Clear cookies in Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click More (three dots) in the top-right corner.

  2. Click More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

  3. At the top, select a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.

  4. Select Cookies and Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.

  5. Click Clear Data.

Clear cookies in Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Click Settings, then Privacy and Services.

  3. Click Clear Browsing Data, then select what to clear.

  4. Under Time Range, choose a time range.

  5. Select Cookies and Other Site Data, then click Clear Now.
