Error: 'Google Maps Platform rejected your request. Invalid request' in CM new world.
If when you are trying to view the GPS Captured location within the visit manager on new world and you are getting this error message, try the following:
Clear the browsing data on the site you use, close the web page, re-open and test if the GPS is still populating the same error message.
Test using a different internet browser and see if the error message still appears. If you are currently using Google Chrome, please try Microsoft Edge etc.
Test using a different PC.
Check if this issue is just happening when you are logged in or when other users are logged in as well.
To clear the browsing data on the web browser you are currently using follow these steps:
Google Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome, At the top right, click More.
Click More tools, then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
Open the new Microsoft Edge and then select Settings and more...
Settings then Privacy and services.
Under Clear browsing data, select choose what to clear.
Under Time range, choose a time range.
Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
Internet Explorer
Click on Tools (gear-shaped icon) at top right corner of the browser.
Go to Safety then Delete browsing history....
Select the checkboxes for each data (Cookies and website data, History, Temporary Internet files etc.) which you want to delete from Internet Explorer browser. To delete Cookies, select Cookies and website data.
Click on Delete button.
Firefox
Click the menu button and click Library (or click the Library button in the toolbar).
Click History and then click Clear Recent Historyโฆ.
Set Time range to clear : to Everything.
Select Cookies and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
Click Clear Now to clear all cookies and close the Clear All History window.
After clearing your browsing data/cache, shut down your browser, re-open it and try viewing the data again.
