Save a report

Guides users through the steps required to save a report for easy access and future use.

To save a report, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your CMBI instance.

  2. Select Load and open the report you wish to save a copy of.

  3. Select the Save (star) icon at the top of the screen.

  4. In the Save Report window, enter a name in the Report Name field.

  5. If required, enter a description in the Description field.

  6. Select the folder where you would like the report to be saved.

  7. Select Save to complete the process.

📌 Note: Report names should be meaningful and easily identifiable.

  • The Description field can be used to provide additional information about the report's purpose or contents.

Reports saved to My Reports are only visible to the user who created them unless they are subsequently shared or moved to a public folder.
