Clients and service users are assigned visit times known as planned visit times. A carer then attends the planned visit and records a login and log-out time known as actual visit times. If the actual visit time does not attach to the planned time it is called an unmatched visit.

In some cases, unmatched visits can be rematched but this can only be done by the support team.

If you have unmatched visits please raise a new case online, specifying the actual visit times and the client the actual times should be attached to.
