Procedure:
1. Uninstall Citrix WorkSpace via Control Panel on a Windows device.
2. Install Citrix Workspace app for Windows LTSR 2402 Cumulative Update 3 Hotfix 1 - Citrix, using an elevated cmd line with the following command switches:
CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /AutoUpdateDisable /AutoUpdateChannel=LTSR.
3. Check that WorkSpace hasn't auto-updated despite these settings, as this can happen if local polices are set by the customer's IT department. WorkSpace will check the update settings and take actions as soon as you launch a session/application.
