Invoices may fail to import into ContrOCC due to data mismatches, missing required fields, incorrect formatting, or connectivity issues between CallConfirmLive! and ContrOCC.

If your providers have submitted their final invoice but the data has not been exported, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article along with the agency and the period the final invoice is for.
