If new invoice periods are required for a new financial year, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Ensure you include a list detailing the new periods required on the system.
😊 Please note that only Local Authorities are authorised to create new invoice periods. If you are a provider of care and you are running out of invoice periods, please raise this to your Local Authority and they can submit the request to have new periods added.
