Vasco is a two-factor authentication platform that adds an extra layer of security to CallConfirmLive!. Users with a Vasco device will need to enter a unique code generated by the device alongside their username and password each time they log in.
⚠️ Important: Users must use the NetScaler AAA login link to enter their Vasco code. The standard login link will not work.
Request an assignment or reassignment
To assign or reassign a Vasco device, raise a new case online and include the following details:
The name of the user who needs the Vasco device assigned or reassigned.
Your company name.
Your CallConfirmLive! database name.
📌 Note: Once assigned, the user will receive their Vasco device and can begin using it to log in to CallConfirmLive!
