In order to assign applications, you will need to have access to the user manager application. If you do not have access to this application, please contact your user administrator, who will be able to assign it to you.
To assign applications to a user:
Click User Manager, then double click the user.
Scroll down to Unassigned Applications.
Click Assign on the required applications. Tip: some applications have numbered steps to complete.
Once the application has been assigned click Save User.
To Unassign applications from a user:
Click User Manager, then double click the user.
Scroll down to Assigned Applications.
Click Unassign on the application you wish to remove.
Once the application has been unassigned click Save User.
