Parallels is a program used to open and log in to CallConfirmLive! There’s two methods you can use: an online version, and an installed client.

The online version allows you to log in to CallConfirmLive! Without having to install anything on your computer.

To get started, follow these steps.

1. Open the customer access page, then log in with your first stage account.

2. When you see the options, click Open in Parallels HTML5 Client.
🤓 Tip: If you only want to use the online version, click the always option.

If you don’t see the options, it’s likely that you already have the client version installed and you can use that.

The client version allows you to install client software onto your computer. Your computer automatically detects this when you open the customer access page.

To get started, follow these steps.

1. Open the customer access page, then in the top-right, click Download Client.

2. Click Download, then locate the downloaded file on your computer.

3. Double click the installer, then follow the installation wizard.

Now that you’ve downloaded and installed the client, you’ll need to configure it.

· Open the customer access page, then in the top-right, click Configure.

This should automatically set up your Parallels client to open CallConfirmLive!

If you’d prefer not to use the automatic configuration, you can manually do it using these settings.

Once your configuration is complete, simply open the Parallels client and enter your first stage login details.
