Which browser are you using?
Conduct an Internet speed test and send us the results.
Which website are you using to access CallConfirmLive?
Do you use Citrix or Parallels to access CallConfirmLive?
Is everyone in your office experiencing this problem?
Are all your other programs running fine, is it only CallConfirmLive that is having issues?
Can you advise what you were doing in the system when it logged you off?
Within CallConfirmLive! could you please go to Help > About CallConfirmLive! and provide us with your hostname and server? Alternatively, you can screenshot this box and send it to us.
Once we have the above information we can pass this on to our Infrastructure Team who will check for any performance issues. It might also be advisable to get your IT Team to check this over as well.
