Install Guide:
1. Go to http://customeraccess.hastechnology.com/.
2. Enter your First Stage Login details. Select Install Parallels Client then select
Install.
3. Launch Parallels and select the + sign.
4. Enter a Friendly name for the connection, for example 'CCL!'.
5. Add the Server address as http://customeraccess.hastechnology.com/.
6. Enter your First Stage Login details. Select CONNECT.
7. Accept the Parallels and CallConfirmLive! security certificates after ticking the 'Do not ask me again' tick boxes.
